We are ATRO, the official Republican Party of Abington and Rockledge. We are more than 200 members strong, including 76 elected committee people, all of whom are dedicated to advancing solid Republican values in our community. ATRO made up of people from all walks of life. We are proud to have a diverse cross section of people who work hard for the Republican party. We’re small business owners, doctors, saleswomen, soccer moms, union members, food service employees and many more.

ATRO members are dedicated to the principle that good government depends on electing the right public officials. We believe that Abington-Rockledge’s long history of low taxes,low crime, great schools, wonderful parks, vibrant business environment and more are a direct result of our efforts to ensure that Republicans manage the local government. We spend long hours evaluating candidates for office, preparing for elections, and going door to door talking to our neighbors and friends – all to ensure that the best interests of the public are served by the officials we elect.

ATRO is more than just politics. ATRO believes in serving the community in which we live. We volunteer our time working with local community groups, religious institutions, the police and fire fighters who protect us and many other groups. We help children, families and senior citizens in need. ATRO raises funds for college scholarships, athletic teams and underprivileged children. We believe strongly in giving back to the people who live in our town.

ATRO is also about having fun. We march in parades, have parties, go to Phillies games and much more. Our meetings are open to anyone interested in advancing the Republican cause.
